Do you want to participate in a Castle course?

Do not hire an organisation; hire a person.
Here are some questions to ask before you decide to work with them:
  1. How have you used the Castle Process to design your own life and career?

  2. How have you used the Castle Process to work with someone else?

  3. Do you do one-to-one coaching?

  4. Do you offer workshops with groups?

  5. Will you tell me what to do—or will you encourage me to make my own decisions?

  6. Can we have a conversation first to see how we might get on?

  7. What do you need to know from me before we work together?

Do you want to train a Castle course?

There is NO certification process for you to become a Castle trainer. Instead, I trust you to train yourself thoroughly by doing all of these things:

  1. Go through the complete Castle Process to design your own life and career.

  2. Whenever the Guide suggests it, do that part of the Castle Process with other people so that you learn how that works.

  3. Consider going through the complete Castle Process with several colleagues so that you learn from each other what works.

  4. If you have done earlier versions of the Castle Process, do not assume that you know this 45th version—go through this version.

  5. Remember that there are various ways to train this process. Do not rely on someone else’s design. Keep refining your own design.

  6. Give your participants what they need and how they need it.

  7. Remember that your task is NOT to tell your participants what to do. Your opportunity is to guide them through the Castle Process so that they can make their own decisions and identify their own serious dreams.
