Several years ago, Diane found me on LinkedIn and asked if I had any plans to revive the Castle Process. She had just found her own Castle Poster that she had filled in more than 30 years previously in a workshop, while she was employed at Disney. Diane wanted to do that kind of workshop for other people and pass on the Castle Process.

Diane began the marketing process for those workshops and that encouraged me to push ahead on the revision of the Castle. Diane helped me by running a workshop with a pilot version of the revised Castle so that I could learn what needed clarifying. For some months we had a weekly phone call to continue clarifying and simplifying the new edition. That’s why the back of the Castle Guide says:
