Sometime back in 2013, I received an email from Andy Payne. He had been using the Castle Process for years and was sad to learn that it was out of print. Andy was enthusiastic about the effect of the Castle on his own life and on the lives of the people he worked with. He asked if I was going to launch it again. Andy was one of the first to nudge me (and continue nudging me) to create the 45th Anniversary Edition of the Castle.
